Sunshine Cottage is a Grade 2 listed cottage overlooking Shepherdswell village green between Canterbury and Dover, just off the A2. The 1635 cottage has been carefully restored with a wealth of beams, an inglenook in the sitting room and a wood burning stove in the large lounge. Breakfast is served in the dining room where antique pine is complemented by coir matting, a dresser displaying antique blue and white china, old pews and stickback chairs at tables laid with pretty china. The bedrooms are all cosily furnished, some with antique brass bedsteads, most with private facilties.
